Location : currently based out of or ready for relocation to Washington DC/Virginia/Maryland/East Coast essential. .


  • Candidates should must have working in US as US Citizen/Green Card/EAD or min. 3 yrs remaining Validity in H1B Visa. 
  • Must have experience to work with Indian Software companies like Wipro,Infosys,HCL,Cognizant,TechM,Accenture ,GlobalLogic,or Any reputed Indian IT SW Solution & Services Co.
  • 10 to 18years of IT SW Solutions Sales/Telecom SW Software solution sales experience with the least 10 years of sales experience in US
  • Strong ability and background in acquiring new clients (working in hunting roles during the last 3 years at least)
  • Past experience in achieving at least 2 million annual sales quota consistently


S/He will target project sizes of $ 4 M and above per year and ODC relationships of $4M to $10M, and have the ability to credibly position, communicate and defend the company’s competitive differentiation to knowledgeable technical leaders.

2. Job Description
  • The successful candidate will act as ‘hunter’ involved in identifying new customers, managing and closing sales ​for our client software solutions and services.
  • Should have successful experience of working at CXO level/make Board level presentations and propositions to customers.
  • Identify and implement innovative/creative business models to win new business.
  • Leverage extensive personal network with target customers in North America.
  • Responsible for negotiating and closing deals.
  • Working to aggressive quarterly targets.


3. Successful Candidate Profile
  • Excellent track record in hunting new customers, proven deal closing record and background in new business and proven sales life cycle experience.
  • · Services selling Experience must include Technology Consulting, Product Engineering, System Integration, and custom application development.
  • · Strong knowledge/experience in sales methodology, process and techniques for Services and Solutions
  • · Should bring an active and productive network of senior decision makers/CXO level contact from the Target Customers.
  • Experience of working with globally distributed Technology/engineering teams.


Essential Requirements:
  • To that end, the job requires the ability to work with the technical team to derive technical and business requirements, technical and business solution, and technical and business benefits of offshore outsourcing.
  • Understanding of outsourcing and offshore software development and testing services, optimization and analytic technologies and the industry trends driving establishment of offshore development centers is a must.
